Blown transformer caused power outages in Scottsdale

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

Power was lost in downtown Scottsdale Thursday morning after a transformer blew, but has since been restored.

Various areas around downtown Scottsdale had traffic signals out completely or they have gone to flash mode.

The only traffic signal that continues to be affected from the outage is Scottsdale Road and Osborn Road according to Scottsdale's Traffic Management Center.
