PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Advocates of medical marijuana held a rally on the state Capitol lawn Thursday targeting unregulated marijuana clubs.

Medical marijuana dispensaries and some medical marijuana patients want those clubs shut down because they are not regulated.

Some state lawmakers want a repeal of the medical marijuana law altogether.

A few patients and nurses who showed up talked about the importance of keeping medical marijuana available in a regulated and secure environment.

It's been two years since medical marijuana was approved here in Arizona.

Arizona only has three operating dispensaries. Another 10 may be open by the end of February.
