A Huntington woman on probation for inappropriate sexual conduct with a 5-year-old boy agreed to have her probation revoked for allegedly violating several of the terms of her probation Friday morning. Misty Marie Olson now faces a 10-year prison sentence.

Olson, who appeared in Judge Gerald Goodwin's court, was booked into the Angelina County Jail on Jan. 3 and charged with revocation of probation for indecency with a child/sexual conduct. No bond has been set.

Olson pleaded guilty to indecency with a child In November 2010.

According to Angelina County Probation Supervisor Dustin Fore, a violation report was filed with the district attorney's office due to Olson using alcohol, not keeping a job, not paying fines, court costs, supervision fees and polygraph fees, direct contact with her biological daughter without an adult present, not disclosing details of her offense to her sex offender treatment provider, not disclosing her masturbation habits, not attending sex offender treatment as directed and viewing pornography.

Olson was indicted in February 2009.

According to a previous report, the boy stated, "that he was woke while sleeping and asked him if he wanted to come play with her. He said that he was tired and did not want to play but she made him come into her room" and touch her inappropriately.
