ANGELINA COUNTY, TX (KTRE) -

An Angelina County woman now has a new trailer thanks to a member of a Huntington church.

Friday, members of Restoration Worship Center were at her place, clearing land for the new trailer.

After KTRE aired a story Thursday on the church's efforts to help Alecia Martin, the group was flooded with calls of more people offering to help.

"We've had folks calling and wanting to help," Pastor Charles Williams said. "We've had a washing machine and dryer donated and we've had people wanting to help with the animals. it's good to see someone care about someone else."

Martin was so excited that she had already started moving stuff into the trailer, before it was in place.

The church hopes to have the trailer in place and the electricity on by the end of Friday.

Martin has been living with a tree through her mobile home since December.
