NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -
Detectives
with the Nacogdoches Police Department are investigating an incident in which a
man suffered a gunshot wound to the buttock during an alleged drug deal late
Monday night.
"The
investigation is continuing, and details are sketchy at this time," Sgt. Greg
Sowell, a spokesman for the Nacogdoches Police Department, said.
According
to the police report, the complainant told police that he was shot by an
unknown white male suspect during a drug deal that occurred at the River Park
apartment complex located in the 300 block of Ellington Street. The injury wasn't
life threatening, according to Sowell. The suspects in the case are both white
males.
Sowell
said that no arrests have been made at this time.
