Nacogdoches Co. felon gets 46 months for gun violation

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

A federal judge has sentenced a Fort Worth man to 46 months in prison for illegally owning a gun.

Jordan Shaquille Yarbrough will serve three years of supervised release after he serves his prison time.

Yarbrough pleaded guilty to felon in possession of a firearm in September.

He is accused of possessing a Hi-Point nine-millimeter semi-automatic pistol on March 11.
