Easiest and Best Cole Slaw

1 bag of cole slaw, washed and drained
1 lemon
mayonniase
salt and pepper

Add enough mayonnaise to cole slaw to mix well and not be dry. Squeeze 1/2 of the lemon's juice over salad and stir...this is the secret that makes it crisp and fresh. Salt and pepper.
