CHANDLER, AZ (CBS5) -

Police evacuated the Intel plant in Chandler after a "suspicious call" at 5:30 a.m. Monday, according to a Chandler Police Department spokesman.

Officers had narrowed their search to an area under construction but had found nothing suspicious as of 11:15 a.m., and were working with Intel officials to continue the investigation, the spokesman said.

The spokesman said no roads were closed and there were no immediate threats to the public at the plant at Dobson and Ocotillo roads.

No other information was immediately available.
