Nacogdoches PD: Man forced 13-year-old girl to watch porn, sexually assaulted her

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested a 43-year-old man Tuesday for allegedly forcing a mentally disabled 13-year-old girl to watch a "dirty movie" before he sexually assaulted her at his home on November 25, 2012.

Billy Shane White, of Nacogdoches, is still being held in the Nacogdoches County Jail on a first-degree felony charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child. His bond has been set at $75,000.

According to the arrest affidavit, the victim was at White's house on Nov. 25, 2012. During the night, White and the girl were allegedly watching TV when he allegedly put on a "dirty movie" and exposed himself to the girl.

The affidavit stated that White then had the girl touch him inappropriately and then touched her inappropriately before sexually assaulting her. In addition, the affidavit indicated the mentally disabled girl "has the mental capacity of a first grader."
