Driver in fatal wreck charged with Intoxication Manslaughter

TYLER, TX (KLTV) -

The driver of a vehicle involved in a fatal accident Sunday morning has been charged with Intoxication Manslaughter.

Ramon Duran-Ledesma, age 22, of Brownsboro was charged with Intoxication Manslaughter, a 2nd degree felony and placed into Smith County Jail on a $250,000 bond.

The accident happened around 1:10 a.m. on Highway 31 W. and County Road 1248 in Tyler.

A Dodge Charger struck a Chevrolet Colorado from behind. The driver of the Colorado, William Craig Little, 56, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Duran-Ledesma was not injured.
