LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - Louisiana authorities say a Lufkin man who police arrested Saturday inappropriately touched a child family member on numerous occasions last year.
According to a press release from the Cacasieu Sheriff's Office, deputies received a complaint on Clarence E. Sanderson, 74, in September.
The complaint alleged Sanderson touched a young child on numerous occasions.
After further investigation, an arrest warrant for five counts of aggravated incest was issued for Sanderson on Jan. 30 and on Feb. 16, Lufkin Police booked him into the Angelina County Jail by Lufkin Police Department.
Sanderson is currently awaiting extradition to Calcasieu Parish where he will be booked into Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with 5 counts of aggravated incest.
Judge David Ritchie has set his bond at $1,500,000.
