SCOTTSDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

Scottsdale police were looking for an armed man they said robbed a person withdrawing money from a Wells Fargo ATM on Thursday morning.

A woman was withdrawing money from the bank's walk-up ATM at 1530 N. Scottsdale Rd. about 7:45 a.m. when the suspect walked up, showed a handgun and grabbed the money as it came from the machine, according to Officer David Pubins of the Scottsdale Police Department.

Pubins said the suspect left on foot, heading south from the bank in the Papago Plaza Shopping Center.

The suspect was described as Hispanic, 6' tall, medium build, wearing a black hoodie, light to medium blue bandana and blue pants, Pubins said.

No one was injured, Pubins said.

Anyone with information about the suspect or crime is asked to call the Scottsdale Police Department at 480-312-5000.
