A 30-year-old Lufkin man received four years of probation in a plea hearing Friday morning for driving drunk with a child under the age of 15 in the car. The charge is in connection to a traffic accident that occurred on Dec. 27, 2011.

Judge Gerald Goodwin issued the sentence for Jeremy Alan Crain in a plea hearing Friday morning.
