Woman steals credit card, buys $16,000 in gift cards

MANCHESTER, CT (WFSB) -

Police in Manchester are asking for the public's help in identifying a female suspect in a pick-pocket theft.

Police say the woman stole a customer's wallet from Panera Bread on Deming Road in Manchester than proceeded to buy $16,000 worth of gift cards at the Target Store in South Windsor.

If you have any information regarding the identify of the suspect, please contact the Manchester Police Department at 860-645-5561.
