A Nacogdoches County grand jury has indicted a man accused of molesting a child in June.
Nicolas Salazar, 38, is charged with second-degree indecency with a child. He was booked into the Nacogdoches County Jail on Sunday.
According to the indictment, it is believed Salazar inappropriately touched a child under the age of 17 on June 21, 2012.
He remains in the jail on $50,000 bail.
