PHOENIX (CBS5) -

A 23-year-old Phoenix man police arrested and released in connection with a voyeurism case in 2012 has been re-arrested after an analysis of his computer turned up images of child pornography, police said.

David Linville was originally arrested Oct. 31, 2012, after he admitted to hiding a video camera on a woman's second-story balcony to record the interior of her apartment, investigators said.

Officers reviewed the tape and said they discovered Linville had recorded his distinctive shoes while setting up the camera. The victim recognized the footwear as belonging to a nearby resident of the complex.

At the time of his arrest, a search warrant was served to gather computers, recording and storage devices.

Linville was released from jail with electrical monitoring, while the Phoenix Police Department Forensic Imaging Unit was completing a analysis of his computers.

On Monday, detectives finished the analysis of Linville's computers and found several videos of the suspect engaging in sex acts with various women. Detectives said, given some of the conduct seen on the videos, they did not believe the women were aware of the recordings.

Police identified three of six women, who confirmed they did not know they were being recorded. One of the victims was 15 years old. Three of the women have yet to be identified and detectives believe one or more of them is also underage.

Forensic detectives said they also found numerous images of child pornography involving children under the age of 12.

Linville was arrested at a pre-trial services meeting. He admitted to being the sole owner and operator of the computers. He was booked on 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of surreptitious recording.

Detectives are asking for anyone with information about the investigation to contact the Phoenix Police Department's family Investigations Unit at 602-534-2121 or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.

More than a few tar-covered tires are hanging on to the parking lot of a Lufkin tire shop.  On August 31, newly laid asphalt on Loop 287 started sticking to tires of those driving, leaving many of the cars un-driveable. As of Friday, the Texas Department of Transportation hadn't come out with an official cause for the incident, but that hasn't stopped over 600 people from filing claims with them.
