LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - The Angelina County Sheriff's Office is charging a Huntington man with a first-degree felony after a young girl reported he has molested her at least 10 times over a several-month period.

According to an arrest affidavit, a detective with the office went to Harold's House on Feb. 11 and interviewed a girl who said Scott Charles Riley, 33, had molested her when she was 10 years old.

She said there were 10 to 11 incidents in which he did it when she was 10. The girl said that the first time he did it, she began crying and he stopped and apologized to her and said he did not have a girlfriend and was "horny" but would never do it again.

The girl said Riley would walk around her fully naked and do inappropriate things to her over a period of time. Each time, she would start crying and he would apologize to her and say he would never do it again.

The detective obtained a warrant for Riley's arrest on Tuesday. He was booked into the Angelina County Jail on a charge of first-degree continuous sexual abuse of a child on the same day. His bail has not yet been set.
