MESA, AZ (CBS5) -

A missing Mesa teen who left home Tuesday morning has been found in Vega, TX, police said.

The man Christina Sanchez, 17, was traveling with was stopped for speeding, according to Mesa police spokesman Sgt. Steve Berry.

The family had been concerned the man might try to take her to Mexico.

No other information was immediately available.
