He created manuals, trained station personnel, initiated and supervised a DTV phone bank the local HAM radio club voluntarily manned, to educate and assist viewers in making a smooth transition to digital television in July 2009.

Since that time, Jase has not only been promoted to an engineer, but has worked in the traffic department, and took on the role as an Operations Manager,  to act as the direct liaison between news, engineering, sales, studio, master control, and the production departments. He also has been the Executive Producer of the area high school football series, "Friday Night Madness."

Before Jase came to KTRE, he had worked in the Pro Audio Video field based out of the Atlanta, GA area. He received certifications from Syn-Aud-Con (Synergetic Audio Concepts) in Sound System Design, and Sound Reinforcement for Technicians. He also graduated from the Crestron Technical Institute as a certified programmer and installer for Crestron Automation Systems. Jase also worked with former NASA contracted engineer, Tom Danley, as well as other industry leaders, in the design, prototyping, and implementation of new loudspeakers and subwoofers, for his brand new company, DSL (Danley Sound Labs).
