Nacogdoches Police officers arrested a 51-year-old woman for allegedly driving drunk with a 13-year-old girl in the car after she rolled her vehicle over on an exit ramp near the 3100 block of South Street Monday night.
Toni Curl, of Nacogdoches is still being held in the Nacogdoches County Jail on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15, which is a state-jail felony. No bail has been set at this time.
According to the police report, PD officers responded to a rollover accident on an exit ramp in the 100 block of SE Stallings Drive, which is near the intersection of South First Street, between 9:20 and 9:27 p.m. Monday night. Curl was found to be intoxicated and charged with DWI with a child.
Curl and the 13-year-old girl were both treated at a local hospital and released.
