SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AP) -

Authorities have finally identified a woman who died nearly two weeks ago after causing a four-vehicle fiery crash on the Loop 101 in Scottsdale.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety said Tuesday that the victim was 19-year-old Shelby Nicole Dwyer.

DPS officials say Dwyer was backing up on the freeway's shoulder for some unknown reason on March 14.

She lost control of her car, which was then hit by three other vehicles.

Dwyer's car and one other vehicle erupted in flames from the collision.

The shutdown on Loop 101 backed up traffic for nearly two miles.
