ANGELINA COUNTY, TX (KTRE) -

Redland Water Supply has issued a boil water notice for some of its water customers.

Field Manager Mike Moore said the boil water notice affects customers who were with out water around 6:00 p.m. Monday. Customers affected live on Farm-to-Market Road 2021 east, U.S. Highway 59 north and Winston 8 Ranch Road.

Moore said water should come back on around 8:00 p.m. Monday, but the boil water notice will stay in effect until further notice. Moore said the company hopes to cancel the notice Tuesday afternoon.

Water used for human consumption should be boiled, but it is safe for showers. Customers should bring water to a rolling boil for three minutes before use.
