LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - The Angelina County Sheriff's Office has charged a Lufkin man in connection to his child's being tested positive for meth.
Dakota Levi Gabbard, 19, is charged with state-jail felony endangering a child.
Capt. Pete Maskunas said the arrest came after his child tested positive for meth. He said Child Protective Services was involved in the case and that Gabbard was never caught in possession of meth.
Maskunas said a warrant is also out for the child's mother, who is in drug rehab.
