Motorcyclist dies three days after Polk Co. crash

A Point Blank man died Monday, three days following a motorcycle crash in Polk County on Friday.

Herman William Bullock, 66, died at 11:55 a.m. at a Houston hospital.

According to the DPS report, Bullock was driving westbound on US 190, three miles east of Onalaska, at 2:44 p.m. Friday, when he crashed into the back of a 2002 Ford F150, which had stopped to make a left turn onto Forest Hills Loop.

The driver of the Ford, Rolando Lazaro Carreno, of Onalaska, was not injured.

Bullock was not wearing a helmet.
