Lufkin woman opens dream boutique

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - An East Texas woman has now opened her dream boutique in downtown Lufkin. She has been selling items online since 2010 and is now the proud owner of Morgan Due's boutique and photography.

As a mother of three boys she says the store is a great place to express her girly side. Inside Morgan Due's boutique you'll find an assortment of jewelry, handbags, home décor, party accessories, and women and children's clothing. Embroidery is also an amenity.

As a self-employed photographer, she also takes appointments at the boutique.

The boutique opened on Wednesday and customers are already pleased to find things they would normally have to shop for online.

"I think it's a real nice boutique. I found lots of jewelry and different tops and purses. I really like this spot. It's good for downtown," said customer Brandy Blackshire.

The boutique is open Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
