SFA baseball set for regular season finale

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

Stephen F. Austin will close out the regular season at home against Texas A&M corpus Christi. The three game Southland Conference series is set to begin tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock from Jaycees Field.

SFA has already locked up a spot in the SLC tournament for a fifth straight season. Seeding however is still up for grabs. The Jacks enter the three game set with the Islanders in a three way tie for third. Corpus Christi meanwhile is in second, just two games back of conference leading Sam Houston State.

No matter what happens over the next three days, SFA which is currently 14 and 10 in league play, can be no higher than a two seed and no lower than a seven seed in the tournament.
