PHOENIX (CBS5/AP) -

A Phoenix woman has come forward to collect her $1 million Powerball winnings.

The Arizona Lottery said Krista Crawley, a registered nurse from Phoenix, bought the winning ticket at the Quick Trip at 2450 E. Union Hills Dr. in Phoenix.

Crawley found out she was the winner of the May 11 drawing on the following day but waited to meet with a financial advisor before claiming the prize on Monday.

Crawley said her win didn't seem real until she saw the check. She is planning to go on a family vacation and invest the rest of her winnings.

Crawley is the 22nd person to get the $1 million Powerball second prize winning ticket sold in Arizona since $2 Powerball launched in January 2012.

The winning tickets matched five out of five numbers drawn, not including the Powerball. The numbers drawn were: 10, 13, 14, 22, 52 and Powerball 11.

The other $1 million Powerball second prize winner from the May 11 drawing has not come forward yet. The ticket was sold at a Chevron at 1990 S. Alma School Rd. in Chandler, the Arizona Lottery said.

A lottery official says the one winning ticket was sold in Florida for the record Powerball jackpot of more than $590 million.
