WhaWha Watermelon Beef Stir Fry – serves 4
1 pound of Certified Angus Beef New York Strip Steak, thinly sliced – Meat Market
11/2 cups of sugar snap peas – Produce or Kit Kitchen
11/2 cups of Noonday Onions, sliced in thin strips – Produce or Kit Kitchen
2 cups Texas watermelon, sliced in thin strips – Cut Fruit or Produce
3/4 cup of Kikkoman Teriyaki Triple Ginger sauce – aisle 7
2Tablespoons of Olive oil – aisle 8
Salt& Pepper to taste – aisle 8
Ina large skillet over medium/high heat add olive oil then add in thinly slicedbeef and cook thoroughly. Add onions and sauté until they are soft. Then addsugar snap peas and cook until tender crisp about 2 mins.
Lowerheat and add ginger sauce then cook for 2 mins. Remove from heat and fold inwatermelon. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve over white rice and gobble upwhile it's hot!
