PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Police say a 57-year-old man was killed in a crash after another driver sped through a red light.

The Scottsdale Police Department said, based on their preliminary investigation, a Honda Ridgeline was driving eastbound on Frank Lloyd Wright at Raintree Drive, ran a red light and crashed into a Chevrolet pickup truck that was turning left at the intersection.

The truck spun into a Nissan coupe. The driver of the coupe was taken to a nearby hospital where he died.

The driver of the truck had minor injuries and the driver of the Honda was not hurt.

No passengers were in any of the vehicles.

Scottsdale police said they do not believe any of the drivers were impaired.

Police continue to investigate and said citations conclusions will be finalized at a later date.
