NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - A Nacogdoches man died early Tuesday from injuries he sustained from a rollover accident Monday night.
Eladio Flores, 58, died at 1:24 a.m. at a Nacogdoches hospital.
According to the DPS report, Flores was driving a GMC van northbound on US 59, about a mile south of FM 2782, when he lost control, causing the vehicle to cross the median and flip multiple times before landing in the ditch on the southbound side.
Ester Flores, 70, is listed in stable condition with a broken leg and rib.
Flores is suspected of driving while intoxicated. A blood test taken at the hospital yielded a 0.20 blood alcohol level. An official DPS intoxication report is pending at this time.
Neither were wearing seatbelts.
