Cooking Up a Storm: Cinnamon Stuffed French Toast

French bread

Cream cheese

Cinnamon

Splenda

Eggs

Syrup

Take your French bread loaf and cut diagonal to make long slices of bread. Once your bread is cut, in a bowl place your room temperatures cream cheese with 2oz of Splenda and 1oz of cinnamon. Mix until blended well. Take this mixture and spread on one side of a slice of bread. Cover with a second slice. Then dip the two pieces of bread in an egg wash. Cook over medium high heat for about 2 minutes on each side.

Serve with syrup and a sprinkle of Splenda and cinnamon on top and enjoy!
