Woman in Rollover Accident Charged With Intoxicated Manslaughter

A woman involved in a rollover accident a few weeks ago in Huntington that killed one of her children, has been arrested on charges of intoxicated manslaughter. 37-year-old Tina Due was arrested and released on a $20,000 bond.

She was driving with her three kids off a farm to market road when the accident happened. Authorities say Due apparently took a curve too fast and went off the roadway. When she tried to overcorrect, the SUV flipped at least twice, ejecting all four people inside. Nobody was wearing a seatbelt.

Her 8-year-old daughter Haley died on impact. Her other two kids were treated and released from the hospital. If convicted, Due could face up to 20 years in prison.
