Police search for man involved in Circle K shooting

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Phoenix police are looking for a man they said shot at two people after an argument in a Phoenix convenience store May 31.

Police said the suspect and one of the victims began to argue just after midnight in the Circle K store at 301 N. 43rd Ave.

The suspect went outside and pulled a handgun from his back waistband and shot twice at the 42-year-old victim, but missing him and a bystander directly behind the victim, police said.

The suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction.

There was no description of the suspect provided by police.
