TEMPE, AZ (CBS5/AP) -

Police said a butt-grabbing suspect who targeted women at East Valley grocery stores has been apprehended.

Police in Tempe and Gilbert said they worked together to identify and arrest 21-year-old Jesse Jimenez at his Tempe home on Thursday.

Authorities said Jimenez was identified with the public's help after media coverage of the assaults.

The first assault occurred June 25, and three more were reported over the next month at various grocery stores in Tempe and Gilbert.

Police said the man followed the victims into the stored, grabbed their buttocks and ran off. In one of the most recent incidents, the woman was pushing a baby in a stroller.

Police said Jimenez has admitted to all of the assaults. He's being booked into the Tempe City Jail on suspicion of four counts of assault.
