TYLER, TX (KLTV) -

Tyler investigators have obtained an arrest warrant for Rakheem Goldstein, 20, of Tyler, for murder.  Police say Goldstein was involved in the shooting death of Briana Raquel Young who was shot in P.T. Cole Park in Tyler on Tuesday on July 30.

Tyler Police say Briana was at the park with her 3-year-old son at the time of the shooting.

It was through the crossfire that she was killed.

"She was there allowing her child to play and visiting with friends and was basically there at the wrong place at the wrong time," said Don Martin, Public Information Officer for Tyler Police.

Police say Goldstein was involved in the shooting but they don't know if he knew Briana.

Police still believe the shooting was a gang-related crime and have identified Goldstein as a gang member.

According to Smith County Judicial Records, Goldstein has had several drug charges for possession of marijuana and in March of this year was charged for theft.

Police do not know where Goldstein is.

"That's why we need help from the public," said Martin. "We don't know if he's still in the city or in the state but if anyone has any information on where he is or even if he has gone to another state, contact us and we'll let U.S. Marshals know. They're involved already so between them and all the other agencies we'll be trying to track him down."

Tyler Police say he could be armed and dangerous.

"He did use a firearm during the incident and dangerous? Absolutely, he's wanted for murder." said Martin "We don't know what he's capable of or what his frame of mind is. Anyone who does know where he is, we don't recommend you approach him."

There are still other suspects at large.

"We know there's more than one person involved in this incident and we're working with other investigators on this," said Martin. "Hopefully we'll bring everyone to justice that was involved and that was negligent in the gunfire."

Judge Jack Skeen set his bond at $1,000,000.

According to his Facebook page, Goldstein is a 2012 graduate of John Tyler High School. He was arrested in November 2012 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. He was also arrested in March for theft and possession of a controlled substance.

Investigators have not been able to locate Goldstein and need your help in locating him. Anyone with information about Goldstein or any other further details related to this case is urged to contact the Tyler Police Department, at 903-531-1000, or Crimestoppers at 903-597-CUFF (903-597-2833).  Crimestoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges filed against the suspects in this case.

Tyler Police Investigators, along with the Smith County District Attorney's Office and U.S. Marshal's Office, continue to work with each other to bring all the suspect(s) involved in the death of Briana Young to justice.

More than a few tar-covered tires are hanging on to the parking lot of a Lufkin tire shop.  On August 31, newly laid asphalt on Loop 287 started sticking to tires of those driving, leaving many of the cars un-driveable. As of Friday, the Texas Department of Transportation hadn't come out with an official cause for the incident, but that hasn't stopped over 600 people from filing claims with them.
