Manhunt Monday: Feds post $26K reward for homicide suspect

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

U.S. Marshals are offering a $26,000 reward and launching a campaign blitz in connection with a 2009 driveby shooting that killed an innocent bystander. 

The victim, 55-year-old Gilbert Leon, was shot in broad daylight in the area of 16th Street and Elwood in South Phoenix. Leon had no connection to the suspect, police said.

The suspect, 22-year-old Cameron Taylor, has been on the run since the March 2009 shooting.

Taylor is described as 5'11" tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He also goes by the name of Maurice Taylor and Woo.  

Other wanted fugitives:

Police are also looking for 27-year-old Daniel Montoya. He is wanted on original charges of sexual conduct with a minor and burglary. He is described as 5'8" tall and weighs 210 pounds. he has black hair and brown eyes. He is also known as Giovanni Rodriguez and Mario Rodriguez. 

There's also a warrant out for the arrest of 32-year-old Isaias Chavarria. He is wanted for failure to appear on original charges of kidnapping, theft by extortion and aggravated assault. He is described as 5'7" tall and weighs 230 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.  

Chavarria is also Known as Queso and Cheese.  He has the following tattoos: His name, Isaias, on his left arm and a design of girl on his right arm.
