LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - Lufkin fire crews responded to a mobile home fire just outside the city limits early Tuesday morning. No one was injured in the fire.
According to Lufkin City Fire Marshal Steve McCool, the exact cause of the fire is still unknown at this time. However, McCool did say the fire was suspicious.
Lufkin fire crews responded to the mobile home blaze at 6192 U.S. Highway 59 at approximately 3 a.m. Tuesday morning. McCool said no one was home, which is located behind a storage facility, when the fire started.
The fire gutted the mobile home.
