Provolone Cheese

Roma Tomatoes Sliced

Olive Oil

Bib Lettuce



Sourdough bread

In a skillet over medium high heat place a little olive oil and lightly cook your sliced tomatoes with salt and pepper. In another skillet place two pieces of bread with cooked tomato slices on one side and cooked bacon slices on the other. Cover both sides with cheese and cook until melted. Once melted remove the bread and place the bib lettuce on one side and cover with the other.
