We learned today of the tragic workplace death of a Hudson man, who died from injuries sustained Tuesday after he was crushed between a forklift and truck at a Lufkin business. Francesca Washington spoke with those who knew Drake Floyd and brings you that story at 6.

Finding nearly $2,000 in a pair of slippers isn't something volunteers expected when sorting through donations at the Women's Shelter Thrift Shop in Nacogdoches today. Find out what happened to it and how it got there in Maegan Prejean's report at 6.

Justin Woodard is steadily preparing for one of the biggest nights of the sports year, as teams from all over East Texas are strapping on their helmets for Week 0 of Red Zone. This year, the show kicks off at 10:35 tonight. And if you can't wait until then, be sure to keep up with our running scores at KTRE.com and on the KTRE app!
