PHOENIX (CBS5) -

A police report on a detective and nine-year veteran with the Phoenix Police Department unveils she had a blood-alcohol level more than four times the legal limit.

According to police report released Friday, Lori Demski, 36, had a blood-alcohol content of .38. The legal limit is .08.

Demski had been on administrative leave while authorities investigated her Aug. 11 arrest in the agency's Mountain View precinct.

Police said a neighbor reported seeing Demski leave her home near 19th Avenue and Interstate 17 about 11 p.m. appearing drunk.

When police arrived to the area, they learned Demski was backing out of her driveway in her SUV and hit a neighbor's block wall.

"I'm sorry, I should have never done that, I was just moving it," Demski said as she tossed her keys onto the ground and pushed them toward the officers, according to the police report.

Responding officers said Demski had slurred speech and bloodshot eyes.
