Pair sought in Phoenix burglary, auto theft

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Phoenix police are looking for a man and woman suspected of a residential burglary and car theft.

Police said someone entered a garage on Espartero Way near 27th Avenue and the Carefree Highway between 11:30 p.m. Aug. 14 and 5 a.m. Aug. 15 and stole a gold 2009 Volkswagen Passat.

The victim's credit cards were in the car and used by the suspects to make purchases at two separate locations.

The suspects were seen leaving the stores in a light-colored, extended cab Chevrolet pickup truck.
