NEW YORK, Sept. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of a nationwide effort led by the Partnership for a New American Economy, more than 100 colleges and university from 10 states across the country sent letters to their congressional delegations today calling for immigration reform to be passed this year.
"University and college leaders around the country know that comprehensive immigration reform is absolutely necessary for our higher education system to thrive and maintain its status as the best in the world," said John Feinblatt, Mayor Bloomberg's Chief Policy Advisor.
