TRINITY, TX (KTRE) -

Trinity Police arrested a woman and her niece who are accused of breaking into a sleeping man's house and taking his beer Friday night.

Trina Husky, 45, and Angela Wars, 21, both of Trinity, are charged with burglary of habitation.

Chief Steven Jones said a man was sleeping in his house on Kevin Street when he woke up to find the duo in his refrigerator. They ran home but the man called police.

Police arrived and located Wars at her home, about 200 yards from the man's house. She said she went in there and got the beer after her aunt pressured to do so.

Police located Husky and saw she had the type of beer the man said was stolen.
