(RNN) - Wedding speeches are a pivotal part of every reception and usually somebody tries to take it over the top. Two brothers from London definitely deserve an award for the "speech" they delivered on their brother's big day.
After being asked to deliver the best man speech at the wedding, the brothers decided to set the bar high and made an 80s style music video called "We Are Brothers."
"At his wedding we pleaded for our brother not to leave us, in the only way we knew how to say it: through the medium of '80s music and video," the brothers, calling themselves Baddy Paris and Rufus Starlight, said in the video description. "We thought we'd done OK, but he left us anyway."
The brothers said they were immediately onboard to do the speech, but they just couldn't do it traditionally.
"Our brother asked us to be his best men for his wedding," Parris and Starlight say on their website. "We knew the hardest thing would be doing a traditional best man's speech because we would cry too much. We hope this will forever celebrate their super-stylish wedding day, in the super-stylish way it deserves."
The song is brilliant, catchy and very silly. The production value is well above most amateur efforts.
"Don't leave us, you are our Jesus. She may be your lover, but do not forget, you are our brother," the chorus sings.
The video has already racked up more than 1 million views on YouTube. They also have a Facebook page with more than 1,300 "Likes."
