Breakfast Tacos

12 eggs

1 pound of sausage

2 cups bacon bits

1 cup diced onions

8oz shredded pepper jack cheese

Corn tortillas

I a skillet brown your one pound of sausage. Once cooked add you diced onion and cook for an additional 4 minutes or so. Add your 12 eggs and scramble. Once the eggs are cooked add your shredded pepper jack cheese and bacon bits and stir until the cheese melts. Add the egg mixture to a corn tortilla, wrap and serve with salsa.
