Southwest chicken game day wraps
1 cup diced onions
Shredded pepper jack cheese
In a skillet over medium high heat cook the chicken thighs with 2 teaspoons of cumin and garlic salt along with 2 tablespoons of butter until done. Once done chop the chicken into bite size pieces. Then add your onion and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Turn the heat to low and set three to four tortillas over the chicken mixture to warm. Then on a plate place some of the chicken and onion mixture in the tortilla, sprinkle with pepper jack cheese, dip in some salsa and enjoy!
