TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) -

University of Alabama football coach Nick Saban announced Monday that Alabama junior safety Vinnie Sunseri will undergo surgery for a torn ACL on Tuesday.

Saban said Sunseri will miss the rest of the season. Landon Collins will take over his spot.

Sunseri was injured Saturday in the game against Arkansas. The Crimson Tide beat the Razorbacks 52-0.

Saban said center Ryan Kelly is a "full go" for this week's game against Tennessee.
