LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

Lufkin Police officers nabbed the last of four suspects accused of robbing an armored car in Nacogdoches in 2009 and getting away with $180,000.

Donnie Jermaine "Pissy" Daniels, 29, of Nacogdoches, was booked into the Angelina County Jail Thursday morning. He is still being held on second-degree felony charges of robbery and aggravated robbery, a Class B misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana, a Class C misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and two misdemeanor traffic warrants.

Collectively, his bail has been set at $2,000 for the misdemeanor charges. No bail has been set for his felony charges at this time.

LPD officers served outstanding warrants on Daniels at a residence in the 400 block of Moss Drive at approximately 5:39 p.m. Wednesday after the FBI turned up leads to the suspects whereabouts.

A federal grand jury indicted Daniels, Antonio Demond "Hobo" Sonier, Samuel Ruiz Williams, and Markeith "YG" Mergerson in early October. They were each charged with Hobbs Act conspiracy, and Hobbs Act robbery.

The other three men have already been arrested and charged with aggravated robbery. Daniels was the only suspect that was still at large before he was arrested Wednesday.

The armored car was robbed at Regions Bank in downtown Nacogdoches in June 2009.

According to the indictment, Sonier recruited co-conspirators to help rob truck employees while others served as lookouts.

Between June 5 and June 19, Sonier collected information about Loomis Armored truck's route to Nacogdoches, according to the indictment. Then on June 19, Williams and Mergerson approached the trucks while Sonier and Daniels served as lookouts. Mergerson then "used force to overtake the Loomis employee at the back of the armored truck," according to the indictment.

The indictment states Mergerson got into the back of the truck and removed one bank bag. The four then met at Williams' home in the 1200 block of Meisenheimer Street in Nacogdoches and divided the cash.
