NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

Nacogdoches County deputies took down another meth lab, this one of the "shake-and-bake" variety during a drug bust Friday afternoon which netted the arrest of a Nacogdoches man.

Sheriff Jason Bridges said his office began investigating a home on Laurel Street following tips of drug distribution out of the area.

Bridges said deputies executed a search warrant and found that Brian Molanders, 26, had been making large amounts of meth from the "shake-and-bake" style in the home. Deputies seized several different types of chemicals used to cook meth and about 40 grams of unfinished meth, Bridges said.

Molanders is charged with second-degree possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture.
