Ingredients: 1 8oz pkg cream cheese (softened) 2 cups powdered sugar 1 15 oz can pumpkin pie filling 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground ginger cinnamon sticks
Method: 1.Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. 2.Add pie filling, 1 tsp cinnamon and ginger, beat well. 3.Cover and chill for 8 hrs. 4.Serve with ginger snaps & apple or pear slices. 5. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and ground cinnamon.
